• No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to personal schedule conflicts, travel issues, illness, or event rescheduling.

• Tickets are transferable only if approved in writing by MMDO.

5. Event Changes

MMDO reserves the right to make changes to event dates, venues, schedules, performers, or participants if necessary.
Reasonable efforts will be made to notify ticket holders of major changes, but MMDO is not liable for any costs, inconveniences, or damages resulting from such changes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and media, is owned by MMDO or used with permission.

Additional Terms for Events

12. Media Release and Photography

By attending MMDO events, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
You grant MMDO full rights to use these images and recordings for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without compensation.

13. Event Code of Conduct

All participants, attendees, staff, and volunteers are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times.
MMDO reserves the right to remove any individual from the event without refund if they display disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.

14. Merchandise Sales

All merchandise purchases (e.g., shirts, sashes, memorabilia) are final and non-refundable.
Defective merchandise must be reported within 7 days of purchase for exchange consideration, subject to MMDO approval.

15. Health and Safety

By participating in MMDO events, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and safety.
MMDO is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, accidents, or losses incurred during participation.

16. Liability Waiver

By attending or participating in any MMDO event, including activities associated with MATA Expo, you agree to the following:

• MMDO and MATA Expo are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, losses, damages, accidents, or incidents occurring during, before, or after the event.

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending and participating in MMDO and MATA Expo events.

• You release MMDO, MATA Expo, their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation.
